By boarding the Intergalactic Games platform you agree to these terms. Please read them before launch.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the platform. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and the laws of your jurisdiction allow social gaming.
2. Social gaming only
All games on Intergalactic Games are purely social. There are no real-money bets, no real wagers, and no real cash prizes. Virtual credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your pilot account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use bots, scripts, exploits or any automated tools, and not to harass other pilots, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or violate applicable laws.
5. Intellectual property
All artwork, code, brand assets and game mechanics belong to Intergalactic Games. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close any account that violates these terms, with or without notice. Virtual credits are forfeited upon termination.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
